1. Data Collection & Processing

Snapshot Memo is designed with a 'Privacy-First' architecture. All notes, images, and memos you create are processed exclusively on your device using Apple's Neural Engine. We do not collect, store, or transmit your personal content to our servers.

2. iCloud Syncing

If you choose to enable iCloud synchronization, your data is encrypted and stored in your personal Apple iCloud account. ILGARAYDOGAN has no access to your iCloud data or encryption keys.

3. Analytics

We may collect anonymous crash reports and basic usage telemetry via Apple App Analytics to improve app stability. This data is fully anonymized and does not include any personal identifiers or user content.

By downloading or using Snapshot Memo, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. ILGARAYDOGAN offers this app for personal use without modifications.

1. Intellectual Property

The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to ILGARAYDOGAN. You are not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.

2. Service Availability

ILGARAYDOGAN is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you’re paying for.

3. Termination

We may terminate your access to the app immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the app will cease immediately.
